The overarching objective of inclusivity in mental health will be achieved over a period of four years across six specific objectives:
- To address mental health stigma and discrimination via courses and trainings and specialized inclusivity teams, to educate and effectively communicate MH and inclusivity both in a personalized individual manner, as well as at a group-level, in a school and classroom setting.
- To engage adolescents in participatory research actions to understand their relevant mental health issues and to design tailored interventions for sustained mental health and well-being.
- To collect and integrate multiple-sourced sensor data and EMAs in ML models appropriated for mental health and behavior modeling.
- To develop a PA-based practical school intervention to break stigma through trained inclusivity teams and wearable devices.
- To test the intervention in a school-wide year-long proof of concept study.
- To develop and evaluate XAI tools for mental health and behavior models.
